Orders and Shipping

Most in-stock items ship within 2–3 business days. Customized pieces (embossing or engraving) may take a little longer. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package is shipped.

Yes. Every order includes tracked delivery. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your order until it arrives.

We ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location. From time to time, we also run free-shipping promotions.

At the moment, Eris Leather ships within the United States only. We don’t currently offer international delivery, but we’re exploring it for the future.

If your order hasn’t entered production or shipped, we’ll do our best to update the address, items, or cancel. For customized products, changes may be limited once personalization begins. Email contact@erisleather.com with your order number ASAP.

If tracking shows no movement, says delivered but you don’t have it, or your item arrived damaged, contact contact@erisleather.com within 7 days. We’ll investigate with the carrier and arrange a solution.

Custom orders can add 1–3 business days to processing. This ensures your leather apron, card holder, or gift arrives crafted to perfection.

Yes, sometimes. If part of your order is ready sooner, we may ship items separately at no extra charge. You’ll receive separate tracking emails if this happens.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, uncustomized items in original packaging. Start a return by emailing contact@erisleather.com with your order number.

Customized items (embossing/engraving) are final sale and not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. If there’s an issue, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Email contact@erisleather.com with your order number, reason, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange. We’ll reply with easy instructions and a return authorization.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged/defective, we’ll cover the return/exchange shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.

No — Till now we are not offering this such type of any exchange we’ll offer alternatives or process a refund per your preference.

Email contact@erisleather.com within 2 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll prioritize a replacement or repair, or issue a refund if needed.

Customized items (personalization), final-sale or clearance items, and products showing signs of wear or use are not eligible for return. Please keep original packaging for safe return transit.
